Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently did have a bios update to f13 but this problem occured a few days after the update happened

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

This is a limitation caused by the bios update and is related to the sensor control.

 

A bios downgrade is no longer possible. HP prevents this.

 

Solution: "You cannot change it".
