Games keep freezing then crashes

Recently, whenever i play genshin impact or star rail my laptop screen freezes and then the game gets crashed.

I saw some fixes on the net but none of them worked for me like disabling HAGS , reinstalling drivers and i also even formatted my laptop and install everything again but still the crashes is happening.

I understand that your notebook keeps freezing, I am glad to assist you.

Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.

Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here

• HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
• Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
• 
• Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
• 
• Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
• Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
• Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also, ensure Windows is up to date.

• Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

I've already tried updating drivers and all but the games were still crashing. 

I even formatted my laptop twice and installed fresh drivers both the time but nothing helped.

ya, i contacted the support staff and they accepted the case and now working on it.

you are only facing this problem while playing the genshin impact or did you face this issue while playing games like clash of clans i am facing kind of same issue specially playing the game clash of clans. it mostly happened when i try to change coc  th9 war base copy paste  in my clash of clans game. i also had tried few things but those things didn't work for me
