I was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot my wifi issues. I'm not the most computer literate, so please bear with me. I have a HP Envy (I forgot how old it is, but I've had it for a couple years), and all of sudden the wifi stopped working. The wifi tab (where you turn on/off wifi) in the task bar is not there. I went to Device Manager, and it appears that the problem is with the driver, Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160 MHz. I did a quick internet search and followed the recommendations of deleting and reinstalling the driver. Since the computer has no internet, I could not update it directly on the computer. It also does not have an ethernet cable connection available, so I had to download it on my other computer and transfer it over with a USB. I also tried doing a System Restore, which was also unsuccessful. I am not sure if this is a hardware or software problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
