HP OMEN 15-en1003ax won’t open

My HP Omen 15-en1003ax is not opening, there is no light on the battery LED and cannot power on. I already resolved this problem by waiting for a week and trying to turn on the laptop again. I hope to know how to fix this immediately and stop waiting for the laptop to turn on again after a week and longer. The laptop has an overheating issue and everytime the laptop overheats it will shutdown immediately and won’t open for a week. The battery led will not light up if you plug the ac. Is there anything to do to immediately fix this problem? Sorry for the bad english.

I see that you are facing overheating issues with your HP Omen 15-en1003ax.

I suggest that you update the BIOS by following this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link.
