Hi, my new laptop has been heating alot since last week, I have ran CPU and thermal tests but they passed. It heats even when it's idle, I monitored the temperature both on Hwinfo and Omen Gaming Hub. Just one thing I have noticed is that the heating goes down quickly when I unplug the charging and goes up again when plug it in. I suspect that either the charger is faulty or some software/bios is the reason.
