I'll take it in and see if I can't get it properly cleaned out and looked over. Thank you hopefully this will do the trick!

So I took my computer into a specialist, there were large deposits of dust on the motherboard and the thermopaste had all but dried out and disappeared. These have all been sorted, leaving my laptop running at a comfortable 45 degrees and with no issues so far! Thanks all for the advice 🙂
