This post is regarding the hp victus 16 (88H75EA)
I've had a well-known issue with the victus & omen laptop's motherboard (the hall sensor issue to be specific). In this malfunction, the hall sensor basically thinks the laptop's lid is closed when in actuality it is not & persists in repeatedly shuttering the screen and keyboard power on & off.
It is a known hp design flaw, which hp refuses to acknowledge. I've already reported & had a case with hp Malaysia for almost 2 months now & my issue is still not fixed. I'm tired of their customer service telling me off by saying that "we are expediting this case" when nothing is actually being done. Now they have delayed it even further.

For anyone wondering , There are multiple reports of this issue on the reddit with regards to HP omen & victus gaming notebooks series.
I'm reaching out in this form to anyone there in hp that can basically help resolve my case quickly and perhaps address the bigger issue, which has to do with the hp motherboard design flaw.
