HP Recommended

Hello, my 15-fb2082wm won't turn on after a SSD and memory upgrade. It did started at first but after 1st boot shutdown and never came back. Tried every reset available with no sucess. Anyone has any ideias how to resolve It?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

Since you have to use the software on another PC as yours is not working, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed which is A14MNUA#ABA
