I am facing a lot of problem from past 1 month and have kept on being in touch with the HP customer support regarding this problem. The problem is that my battery isn't getting charged when i plug in my ac adaptor. But when i restart the laptop it begins charging it. But it also stops to charge after the restart in 1-2 hours of use. The customer support gave me numerous amounts of troubleshooting methods but none have worked till now. I have been asking them to send a technician to rectify my problem but they are reluctant to understand the problem i am facing.

I suspect this is either a software problem or the laptop is faulty. 

Can somebody help me?
