Hi,

I have been facing high cpu usage. Acpi.sys+0x28b90 is consuming 22-25% cpu in idle state, it spikes up but does not gets lower. I have tried every possible solution but could not figure out the issue, Can it be hardware issues?

Solutions i tried:

1) Installed windows 10 latest version

2) Updated all drivers from hp official store

3) updated Bios

and many other solutions i found on google, Tell me if there is a work around or how can i possibly solve the issues. Any help in this regard would be appreciated

It was resolved, i installed new HDD and caddy didnot support that, so it caused high cpu usage, i reinstalled new caddy and issue disappeared, so most probably its hardware issue
