Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I'm playing games, I feel that my hp pavilion is getting hotter and hotter. Even I purchase a cooling pad for it. It is still so hot.

You can try the methods below:

Hardware: 

  1. Dust HP Pavilion periodically.
  2. Place HP Pavilion on a flat and solid surface
  3. Inspect and replace faulty fans.
  4. Add additional cooling accessories.

Software

  1. Change  your power plan in control panel.
  2. Close and uninstall unused software and services.
  3. Update the latest BIOS.
