How do I check further specifications of a laptop I want to buy?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a laptop and I want to check specifications further than the ones listed. The  main thing I'm looking for is the wattage of the laptop to see if it will support the TGP of the RTX 4050 (around 100 watts)
