Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using the HP G4 thunderbolt dock with my laptop and it keeps saying that there are no displays connected to the GPU - even when running games. Is there a way to change this so that my external display will run off of the NVidia GPU or if there isn't will there be any performance lost in games?

How do you connect them now (which cable) Please check Advanced display to se what it says (This example is for internal display, in your case, it should give information for external display)

You may need a TB4 monitor for a true from end to end.
