Yes, I am 100% sure.

 

Take a look at both the service manual motherboard illustrations in chapters 5 & 6 and the service teardown video at the link below.

 

You can see that there is only one M.2 SSD position.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

The notebook only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD.
