Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0003ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

Model = 15-ec0003ca 

Name = HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 

 

To summarize, my Laptop fan broke and I need to buy a new one and I also want to add a second 8gb Ram chip, but I don't know which one I can get that will work with my laptop. Can i just use any type of ram? Any info would be a help, thank you.

1. RAM: You can add SAME existing 8GB of RAM to slot 2 or use the following compatible RAM

              https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct17798749

 

2. FAN: Part # for fan is L72702-001 which is N/A from HP

             https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=L72702-001

 

You can use part # to search online including eBay. I saw it on eBay for $18. HP won't allow me to post the link, please search yourself.

 

The above manual shows you how to work on your machine.
