Hp Omen Recovery

I did factory reset my pc but due to some reason the laptop didn’t reset properly and when I logged into the laptop I saw a complete black screen with just recycle bin and menu bar at the bottom.Maybe because the omen os was removed during the process. Unfortunately I didn’t made a recovery flash image for my laptop and therefore I cannot get my laptop to the same old state.I did got windows 10 installed back from other mechanic but I want to get back my laptop to how it was back.Is there anyway for me to get the recovery image for my OMEN by HP 15-ax248tx Laptop.

The option is not pulling up for me in the USA, but the recovery media may still be available in your country for your model.

Its usually found under software in the drivers page for you model.

Tell us what country are you located and I will have a representative contact you for options

You can also just clean install Windows 10 from the Create media Windows 10 tool and then install whatever software was there from your drivers page on the HP website. No activation code will need to be remembered.

I didn't find any recovery media in the software and driver section.Am using OMEN by HP 15-ax248tx Laptop PC and  as per the link the driver file is for OMEN by HP 15-ax200 Laptop PC.Will it work if I install drivers off ax200 on my laptop instead of ax248?And on top of that I dont even have an option to order recovery media here form india.

I live in Mumbai,India.

Would appreciate it if you could help me out.

Yes it will work from the other model in the same series.

If you can order it in your country, then you would be good to go.

But I can ask an agent to contact you if you rather.

It doesn't looks like we can order the recover media here in India,is there any other way I can get the recovery media maybe through an agent which can provide me the media without extra charges?

Not sure what you mean by "other charges"?

The recovery media is not free, they do charge for it.

IF that is what you mean, then no I cant help you. We dont have anything to do with sales on the forum.
