Hello,
I bought my Laptop 4 months ago
Specs:
CPU: I7 9750h
GPU: RTX 2060
System memory: 16 GB
The laptop was working perfectly, and the CPU temperatures did not exceed 87 degrees, but after those four months, the CPU reaches 97-100 ° C while gaming 55-65 idle, not to mention that the area Above the function keys is too hot to touch even though it undervolted by -0.140V, I gave it to service (two-year warranty) I got it from service after 15 days but they didn't fix it, and I did everything Hp recommends (BIOS update, Windows updates, downloaded HP cool sense, Etc ...)
What should I do?
