It happens randomaly sometimes a few minutes after opening the game sometimes after 2 hours it's really weird.. i didnt have this problem during usual use of the laptop browsing rendering watching videos .. The screen shot is from who crashed 12455.PNG

As you mentioned the issue still persists after performing a push button reset on the PC.

 

Since we have exhausted with all the steps. Try performing a complete system recovery on your PC.

Also, try running a system diagnostics test on your PC and check if the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.

I understand you have display issues while playing games on the laptop.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Were there any physical damages on your PC?

 

Does the issue persist in BIOS?

 

Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.

 

If the issue does not persist in BIOS try updating the graphics, audio driver and BIOS on your PC.

 

Update the BIOS using this link. Click Here

 

Update the graphics driver using this link. Click Here

 

Update the audio drivers using this link. Click Here

 

Also, try updating the Omen command centre to the latest version and check if it helps.

Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.

 

1.    Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2.    Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3.    On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4.    Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5.    Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6.    Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

i updated bios to latest F.18 .. then the computer was fine while gaming for a day then i got a black screen and buzzing sound just like before but this time just a black screen no flickering .. after i restarted i got 2 new device manager enteries 12355.PNG12345.PNG1234.PNG

i tried all what you said and it still happens .. what i need is tools that test my system and see what the problem cause is

i experminted alot and removed my current graphic driver and downloaded the latest one .. but only setting the game to 60 fps instead of 120 fps is what seems to fix it for me .. guess it's just unoptimzed games issue
