I have an hp omen dc1004nj that what ever i do will not  charge i check the power supply with multimeter and he is working i was checking with another prot and still don't charging what should i do

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you made any changes to the hardware or software?

Have you made any changes to your OS?

Have you replaced the battery or the hp adaptor (with the Original part)?
