Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop won't turn on. Power button doesn't make any light and computer makes no noise when power button is pushed. I just replaced the battery and power adapter but that did not fix it. Anything else I can try?

If the unit is not powering on even after replacing the battery and charger, then this may need service.
