Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi all,

recently went into bios to set a fan curve and to lower my stock ram timings as well but there was no tab named advanced and couldnt find anywhere to make these tweaks.

i am on the latest bios (F13) 

is there anyway to get into the advanced bios or has it been locked by hp?

specs:

hp victus 16 with ryzen 7 5800H and rtx 3060 and 16gb ram
