I just got my victus a few months ago and it has completely stopped working. When I plug in the charger no light comes on or anything, ik it’s not the charger because i tried the charger on another laptop and it works. Called hp support and went through trouble shooting and my only option now is to send it to the warehouse for 2 weeks. I’m an architecture student and my final presentation is in 2 weeks 😭 i’m screwed, pls if there’s any known solutions out there I would really appreciate it. has this happened to anyone else?
i really do love this laptop but there seems to be a lot of problems with it. i had a problem come up a couple of months ago where the power button light was on but screen wouldn’t turn on but fixed it at home with hp support.
also side note when i called hp support about the laptop not turning on and they told me i had to ship it to them and it would take about 2 weeks, i was like “oh my god i can’t be without my laptop for 2 weeks” and the guy that i was on the phone with was like “well, you’re already without it now so you’ll be fine”
