from last few day I am facing issue of camera i.e. whenever i try to access camera like in meetings or test its not accessible

even i reset lapptop then also problem not solved . I updated drivers and did all possible ways to solve it but not satisfied.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Check in Device Manager

Press Windows + X → Select Device Manager.

Expand "Cameras" or "Imaging Devices".

If the camera is not listed, look under "Sound, video and game controllers".

If camera appears:

Right-click on the camera device and choose "Enable device" (if it's disabled).

Choose "Update driver" → "Search automatically".

If that fails, select "Uninstall device", then restart the laptop to let Windows reinstall it.

 

Check Windows Privacy Settings

Go to Settings → Privacy & security → Camera.

Ensure:

Camera access is ON.

Let apps access your camera is also ON.

Specific apps like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Browser are granted access.

i DID EVERY possible way to resolve issue like update drive r, reinstall driver, even reset pc and when i tried o search for hp wide vison hd camera driver on website they are not showing driver available so i think HP by mistake removed services for that driver thats why everyone facing issue.I also did hardware diagnosis but al think i okay...
