Hi,
I have a HP 15-ec2257ng (447F9EA) gaming Laptop and I tried to use a USB C Delock 87721 Docking Station for getting another monitor running via HDMI. If I connect a monitor to the dock I get a message from windows (limited image output) and its not working. I tried to use the delock dock with my work laptop Lenovo P53s and it works. So I thought the problem is the USB Port and I used my work dock (Lenovo 40AF) on the HP and I got a picture via HDMI. The only option in BIOS regarding to the USB C port was the load via USB C option. I disabled that but nothing happens. All other stuff from the delock dock works (USB, card reader, LAN). No I am totally confused. Anybody can help?
Thanks

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c07764386
It ONLY has 1SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine
- Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
If you wish to connect to 2 teletext monitors or more. Please use USB -A Displaylink Certified dock such as
True Universal Docking Stations
Regards.
