How can i enable turbo boost in my laptop? I have Intel i5-8300h processor in my laptop

Which shows it has  Intel® Core™ i5-8300H (2.3 GHz base frequency, up to 4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores) processor. Intel® Turbo Boost should be enabled by default. Or please try
