Intel UHD 630 Graphics is installed but doesn't work and doesn't show control panel.

****My Intel UHD630 Graphics Software is installed but I think it is not working. I searched everywhere but coundn't find the Intel Graphics Control Software. I tried looking in device manager (display adapter) and found the Intel UHD 630 driver. But it was actually not working as tried playing games using Intel UHD 630. SO, I TRIED UPDATING THE GRAPHICS DRIVER BY USING INTEL DRIVER ASSISTANT WHICH TRIED TO UPGRADE THE DRIVER BUT FAILED WITH AN ERROR.
