I need the product number so I can look everything up.
Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.

OK thanks. HP does not sell keys, only the whole keyboard assembly. But HP does not sell the assemblies for that Pavilion series. You would have to look up that part from a 3rd party vendor.

The part is TOP COVER CFL-H Acid Green W/KB BL US  which comes as the whole top cover assembly.

Part Number: L20671-001  for the Acid Green assembly which is what I assume you have.

I googled the number for you and found a couple of sources...

https://www.ebay.com/itm/L20671-001

and

https://www.aliexpress.com/i/4000681523909.html

Here is the manual... http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05985643

That's the best I can offer. Hope that helps. 🙂
