Hi everyone, I am new on this forum.

The letter D on my keyboard stopped working. It works about 4-5 times after the startup and then stops completely.

I was looking for another keyboard, but I cannot find it. Disassembled the laptop and you can see the attached photo.  When searching for a replacement I cannot find one. Could anyone help me please?

  Thank you for your patience. Had a look on part surfer, but the part number listed there it does NOT match with any from the spares manual...  This is confusing me... I wish for a part number of the whole assembly as the keyboard cannot be separated from the cover.... Thank you for your help.

That part description ending with 031 is precisely the correct configuration and part.

Thank you very much for your help, as I am in United Kingdom now,  I cannot find any HP stores in the UK.

I will try to contact the store where I got it from, hopefully they will help.
