Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (457S2AV)

When I clicked on HP PC diagnostic option,it went to Hp PC diagnostic for windows. There were showing around 6 options out of which I selected exit ,after that,it was shown yes or no option before clicking on it laptop got shutdown.Help me out of this problem,even I raised request for call to HP support i didn't get call back till now,my laptop is not able turn on
