Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone. I need an urgent help from the HP community. I am a PhD scholar and my laptop has been stolen by someone. I don't have its Mac address. The only thing I have is its Bill, model number and serial number. Is it possible to get a Mac address through its serial number? I am in a last year of PhD and financially very poor, please help me out, thank you.

Ill ask if a Rep can contact you, but I seriously doubt anything can be done if you didnt install anti-theft tracking software.
