Motherboard Burnt and HP service partner stated as not part of warranty. Can some one please confirm If motherboard replacement is part of Addl warranty Care pack. Laptop was purchased an year back.

Thanks for reverting. However I am unable to get the reply for the first question which was raised. Will the warranty cover motherboard burnt issues which are not related to human error.
Since there is no phone number to contact I am not able to really get an answer from anyone..
In private message, I have attached the HP service team quoted which is more than 80% of the laptop cost..
