Hi @RamyaSeenivasan,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding multiple camera devices being detected!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Uninstalling Extra Camera Drivers

Open Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager from the list.

Find Camera Devices:

  • In Device Manager, locate the Imaging Devices section. This section will contain a list of camera devices installed on your laptop.

Identify the Camera Drivers:

  • Review the list of devices under Imaging Devices. You should see entries like HP Wide Vision HD Camera and OMEN Cam & Voice.

Uninstall Unnecessary Drivers:

  • Right-click on the camera device you wish to uninstall (e.g., OMEN Cam & Voice) and select Uninstall Device.
  • Follow any prompts to confirm the uninstallation.
  • If asked, enable the option to delete the driver software for this device.

Restart your Laptop:

  • After uninstalling the driver, restart your laptop to ensure changes take effect.

Check for Remaining Devices:

  • After rebooting, open Device Manager again to verify that the unnecessary devices have been removed.

I hope this helps.
