Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop specifications: 
--------------------------
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600H 3.30Ghz
GPU: AMD RX6500M with 4gb vram

RAM: 16gb DDR4 3200mhz (come with only one stick Samsung 8gb 3200mhz ram so I added another Crucial 8gb 3200mhz ram).
Storage: WD PC SN810 512gb

 

 

 

I am basically facing an issue when i am playing games my laptop switches off itself then i have to switch it on again. this has been happening to me from 8-9 months now i contactyed hp support on whatsapp and they arent useful at all please help me asap also the issue was there before i upgraded my ram too.

It sounds like your laptop may be overheating or experiencing power issues. Check for proper ventilation, ensure your drivers are up to date, and consider reducing game settings to prevent automatic shutdowns.
