My battery drains in less than 1 1/2 hours without usage

I bought the computer on Amazon and started using it in January. 

The battery lost power super quickly. 

I drained the battery and tried to recalibrate it - 2 times.

The first time the batter drained in 1:13:12

The 2nd time 1:29:34

This is not normal. When I tried to run the hp pc hardware diagnostics battery test, the test cancelled. 

Power Efficiency Diagnostics Report had a ton of errors and the battery info showed:

Is there a bug in the program? The battery should not be like this after so little use.

I tested the battery and it says its normal.

I test the battery with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics the test is cancelled.

I ran a battery report and a energy report and saw a ton of errors.
