I was playing Elden Ring while the laptop plugged in and I saw the temperature of the CPU and it was 97 and it stop on it I try to play the game on low but it is the same nothing change and i try if it is driver issue and it didn't work ether.
what is the problem and is there any solution for it .
NOTE (1): this doesn't happens all the time when the laptop plugged in (but it happens most of the times).
NOTE(2): my house electricity is 200v - 210v and sometimes it is 190v.
