Guys do you(support guys) even read what everyone is saying?
We all have the same problem which only occurred after Bios update F.08.
There is NO hardware issue whatsoever, as it only occurs after the bios update and the issue( screen says "locking" then shutdown/sleep) occurs in EACH AND EVERY DEVICE which has been updated to bios version F.08.
PLEASE STOP SHRUGGING IT OFF AS A POSSIBLE HARDWARE ISSUE.
Before that bios update all was running smoothly.
I hope a fix(bios update) is on the way.
P.S. i've had my device have the locking/shutdown issue at times even when the thermals/temperatures are normal. So hardware is not to blame.
