Why is the 3200 ram operating like 1600 ram, that is it has a DRam frequency of around 800 MHz?

I would attempt to maybe adjust the xmp settings, but I can't.

I'm guessing the ram cant actually reach the 3200 due to some limitation, so it's defaulting all the way down to 1600.

I need a fix quick, or I need to return it within a few days.

I guess it is just a defect, and I'll return it.  But this is what I'm seeing.  Sucks because everything else seems great.

Nope.  I just returned it.  Shame bc other than that it was awesome.
