Hi.

 

I went to check for some BIOS updates for my laptop but got this screen:

Is this a temporary error or did HP terminate support for this model abruptly?

i cannot seem to download drivers or BIOS updates for it.

You have to use Software and Drivers for OMEN by HP 15-dc1000 Laptop PC series

Hi.

 

On the webpage above the BIOS information is different.

 

I used to have a bookmark for my specific model where I could get directly to the software downloads for my HP Omen 15-dc1007nq

 

Please check the screenshot to see there are different BIOSes I have (from last time where the page used to work):

Signing into my HP account and going to my registered device (where I could previously see the driver and BIOS updates) shows me this:

This also happens when I try to search by serial number or by product name.
