Hello -
I own a Victus Laptop 15-fa0000, and noticed that 1 day I was NOT getting audio from either the speaker, headset or external audio, though the Device Manager says the devices are Enabled. What I NO longer saw in Device Manager was "Audio Inputs and Outputs". I have un-installed every audio driver and re-installed them and nothing. I tried DISM and nothing. I tried WIN 11 Troubleshooter and nothing. I tried the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows - says everything is enabled, though when I clicked to play audio - nothing. I also tried HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and when I checked audio, I HEARD beeps. Once I got out of UEFI, still NO "Audio Inputs and Outputs".
I have looked high and low on this site AND YouTube AND the Internet ---- Anything I saw I already tried. The only thing I have not tried was a clean install of WIN 11.
Has this happened to anyone else?!?!????? I bought this laptop a year ago (I still have a warranty). I do not want to send it back unless I run out of options.
Thank You!
