Hello, I bought NTB without battery. I ordered a replacement because we don't have the original. I uninstalled the driver, inserted the battery and tried everything that was written on the forum. UEFI diagnostics reported everything fine. However, is it possible to get rid of this message? neither hardware diagnostic nor support assistant can find the battery. It charges and discharges normally, I would say. It is an absolutely identical battery to the original one, only of a different brand. Please help with the message.
