The gaming computer in both hardware and drivers are fine and everything is working, but I play a game that requires heavy use of the keyboard and mostly uses four keys. I notice through testing and using the polling rate that once I press those specific keys (A, S, semicolon, quote) at the same time, they all don't register, and 6 out of 10, only 2 out of those 4 keys register.
This is a new laptop that I bought through BestBuy during the 2022 black Friday and would prefer if I don't have to buy anything additional to achieve the normal outputs I had with my older laptop. Are there programs/settings/configurations that I can attempt before resorting to buying an external keyboard?
