When I open OMEN Gaming Hub, it says that some services may stopped.
So, I turned them on and changed the startup type from manual to automatic, but every time I turn on the laptop the services return back as they were (off with manual startup).
I have tried to update OMEN Gaming Hub or even reinstall it but nothing worked!

I solved this problem by making a batch file (.bat) to turn on wanted services. After that I created a new task in task scheduler to run this (.bat) file every time I log in.

As you may have anticipated, you're not the first one with this issue.
I found two in-depth discussion threads, with specific steps to consider which may help resolve your issue:
1.) Solved: Omen command center issue - HP Support Community - 7871216
2.) OMEN Gaming Hub not opening - HP Support Community - 8020091
Please take a look and see if you want to apply any of the suggested ideas. You could also consider taking your gaming hub to a local computer repair business, but then you'd have to pay them a service fee for their efforts.
Kind Regards,
