so i just bough this laptop is a OMEN by Hp 2019 i7-9750h and a rtx 2070 max q, last year i got a predator helios 300 and to expand the battery life i switch from 144hz to 60hz with the integrated graphics card ergo intel hd graphics all the light task like chrome word use the integrated but i tried that with this and i could not find the integrated graphics card in fact i doesn't even appear in the device manager i tried downloading the official driver for the intel hd graphics but i says that there is no hardware detected, so i will never be able to use it?or its disable by default ? cus this laptops do everything with the dedicated graphics card.

HP doesn't implement Optimus (switchable graphics) on their laptop systems with anything higher that GTX 1050ti.
There is no way to enable it. I'm sorry.

That I'm not sure about. Are you using a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter on it or is the headset have USB-C already?
If an adapter, that could be the culprit.
There was an excellent article by a Microsoft MVP on their forum about troubleshooting this. Take a look at his list and see if any of it helps...

Better question, why wouldn’t you want switchable graphics? It saves so much better battery life on any laptop with a dedicated graphics card. In fact I too would like to have the ability to have switchable graphics and I have the exact same laptop as the guy who started this thread. Now I understand HPs customer service sucks and I’ve wasted hours and hours battling with them. I mean it’s an easy fix to your website to make it so customers actually know what they’re buying. Being unclear, deceptive and lying about it is in fact a violation of federal law in the United States. Compaq CQ56[edit]
