As the title states, i have an Omen 15 2021 that i have recently bought which has an i7 10750H and RTX 3070 system.
My problem here is that i can't find any option to change/undervolt the Cache Ratio through OMEN Gaming Hub. Meanwhile if i use the "Intelligent/ Auto Undervolting" it immediately had my cache ratio changed to -0.165x , I wanna use manual mode because i could get over 0.130 core voltage offset stable while the intelligent mode is only stuck at 0.80 core voltage offset. Am i missing something or is it just not possible to change the cache ratio on manual mode?

Yeah, contacted the Support Departement directly and they confirmed that there's no feature to change Cache Ratio on the OMEN Gaming Hub, kinda weird that there's no feature implementing that out of the box but the only solution to this is using third party softwares. Well that concludes it

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
And, also run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Sorry but that wasnt any help at all, my drivers were already up to date but i rechecked and yes its still up to date, ive also updated the drivers manually on the other stuff that was not available to update by HP Support Assistant and Windows Update. Anyways your answer isnt really related to the original problem i had, i wanted to change the CPU cache ratio on the Undervolting Feature (Manual) on OMEN Gaming Hub. Using the intelligent mode it automatically set a CPU cache ratio but the reason is why can't i change the CPU cache ratio myself using manual mode? Drivers had nothing to do with this problem, am i just missing out some stuff or the feature isnt just implemented in OMEN Gaming Hub.
