Hi all,
I have a weird issue with my Omen 15-ek0506nz i bought not too long ago.
I was using a HP usb c dock G5 with it without any problems, until I updated to windows 11.
After that the dock wouldnt be recognized at all anymore after plugging it into the thunderbolt slot.
I downgraded back to windows 10 again but the dock still does not work anymore.
I tried to check the thunderbolt security settings in BIOS but it wont let me access the advanced tab at all.
Is there any solution to this problem, as I kinda need the docking station for my setup.

I see you are experiencing issues with the Omen Laptop when connected to the dock wouldn't be recognized.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try with alternate ports if available.
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works
