Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

as the title says, my laptop has been getting really hot recently. no matter what i do in the power settings, in the bios, or even undervolting the laptop, it still gets very hot.

need some assistance on this and if possible i'd like someone from hp to take a look at this. using the laptop has been very frustrating as its been getting really hot and hanging up on me a lot too.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
