Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1054nr

Hello Guys, 

 

I have been trying to gain access to Network Booster, Lighting and Performance control In Omen's Gaming hub, however this message appears ( see the attached photo ) and when I try to install or update, it updates to 100% and then it restarts and the same message appears again. 

 

I would love to get some support in this.

Follow steps below to resolve this issue:

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft Store to update OMEN Gaming Hub to the latest version.
Step 2: Use Windows Update to update your PC with the latest software and drivers including all optional updates (especially all drivers form Intel, AMD and Realtek), then restart.
Step 3: Download and install the OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package directly from here. It will make your PC reboot after the install, so please close all apps before starting.
