That blink code indicates a memory issue.

How did you reinstall Windows exactly?

If you open disk Management, you will see there was most likely a partition created on the HDD near 250 GB and thats what the OS was installed on. Is the other space on the HDD available as a different drive letter or is it showing as unallocated? If you used the HP USB Recovery drive method to reinstall to the HDD, it probably recreated the OS drive exactly as it was on the SSD, leaving the rest of the space unallocated. That space would have to be formatted and given a drive letter to be usable.

Did you try reinstalling onto the SSD first to see if it would work?

well i used a usb to intall the windows, it didnt let me repair the windows so dieced to install a differnt copy on the hard drive. the windows copy on the ssd still does show up. i have done the dignostic test on the harddrive and it came out as percetly find, i am currenly running the test on the hard drive.
my orginal plan was to instlall the windows on the hard drve and see if it works, i actually planned to delete everything and install a fresh copy of windows on the ssd, but after this instlal if i plug the usb in and try to boot it from there an error pops up saying

"A media device your computer is missing. This could be a CD, USB or Hard disk driver, if you have a cd or a usb with the driver please insert it

Note if the if the installationmedia for the windows is on the USB or a CD you can safly remove it now"

I was asking if you used the HP recovery USB you maybe created or installer from Media Creation Tool?

I dont know what you have done at this point.

The Bios needs to be reset to default, then use the USB installer to install to the SSD.

Will it do that? You cannot have two operating systems on the laptop. It will give errors.

IF you are using the USB installer made from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, do a custom install and wipe both the SSD and HDD first. Then install to the SSD.

IF you are using the HP Recovery USB, you may have to disconnect the HDD first.

ahhahaha, i had the same feeling to be honest,

and  i didnt have a  HP recovery USB  so i downloaded windows from  Media Creation Tool, i than told the bios to boot from the  hard drive instead of the usb, i did that just beacuse i wanted to see if a fresh copy of windows will help the laptop boot up.
which it did, my plan was to wipe everything and install a fresh copy of windows if the laptop would boot up, but if i try to boot from the usb it gives me this error that the media is missing

should i try and download windows again to the usb ???

Yes, recreate your USB installer.

But also reset the bios on the omen.

but if i dont mess with the legecy settings, my pc wont boot from the usb. i have reset everything other than the legecy boot

HOW are you creating the USB installer?

You want UEFI boot, NOT Legacy. You want to install Windows to the SSD via UEFI mode.

HP Recommended

INstall the Media Creation Tool onto another computer and then run it. Let it create the USB installer.

IF you are using another tool like Rufus, you might not be creating it in the correct mode, thus UEFI mode will not recognize the USB bootable drive.

what i did was i downlaoded an iso from the media creation tool, and than burned it on a usb using a rufus.

and if i dont enable legecy support it doesnt give me an option to boot from a UEFI  USB

I downloaded an iso from the window creating tool, and I used rufus to burn that on to a USB.

And I ended up resetting the bios and it still boots up. I am downloading a new copy and let's hope for the best.
