Hello, there is a problem with an omen I bought in November last year. Its right fan makes an abnormal sound. Just now, I also contacted technical support on the website and tested BIOS, but the fan still makes an abnormal sound. I found that when I use the computer normally, there will be such a sound, but when I stand the laptop, there will not be such a sound. I suspect that it is a hardware problem, such as a loose fan screw. I currently live in York, UK. How can I repair my laptop? Does HP have door-to-door service? I don't want to go far to repair it. It's too troublesome. I have attached the video description.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
Have you updated the BIOS already?
Please check if you can manage the Fan settings in BIOS
Upon restarting the Notebook hit F10 repeatedly to go in the BIOS settings. With the arrows left and right go to "system configuration". Then with the arrows up and down, go to "FAN always on". Disable this (it is enabled by default). Save and exit.
Let me know if you have those settings and how it goes
