Man I want to kiss you, disabling the microsoft ac adapter worked for me, although if you say this mean it's a hardware problem I haven't much to do because i bought my laptop from a third party shop 😞
Hope you can tell me from your experience this have a solution that doesn't imply a full motherboard change, it's an integrated laptop 😞

hi!
I was totally disheartened due to this "freeze" issue and finally HP India agreed to replace the motherboard for me within the warranty coverage (despite the laptop being purchased in the US).
However, out of a pure stroke of luck, found the permanent fix to this issue and my laptop is working perfectly now!!!
Send me a PM and I will describe the fix to you.
Cheers!

@MikeTelo If your Omen laptop was new when you purchased it, it wont matter what the store was. HP laptops come with a one/two year warranty depending on the country they are purchased in. You can contact HP via this link...

@OMENfreeze This is a peer to peer forum where the public comes seeking help. If you found a solution, telling someone to PM helps no one and highly discouraged. If you have a fix, why not share it here so others can bennefit from it also?

Hi. The ultimate goal is to share the resolution that worked for me on the forum.
It might even be a common problem that people are facing.
I will share the resolution after @MikeTelo can answer a small query please.
@MikeTelo What is the storage configuration on your Omen? Is it 1TB+Intel Optane or 1TB+SSD (pre-configured in the laptop) OR 1TB+some aftermarket SSD that you have installed?
Thanks!
